I can not believe i am writing a bad review as i’ve never had to do one but i have to share my experience so that others don’t have to go through what i did.
Firstly the quality of the wax is so bad and nothing like I’ve experienced from other salons. The owner clearly cuts corners and the wax was so hot it she ripped parts of my skin off, burnt me and didn’t apologise. Secondly, her technique is poor; you can tell she hasn’t been doing it for long. She told me she has been waxing for 2 years but this does not show in her work. She left patches of hair on my arm and leg and the hollywood wax was incomplete with lots of hairs left. Not a clean finish like i have received from other salons.
Lastly, the money; overpriced for the service you receive.
Please do NOT go here. Save your money and your skin as mine is severely damaged now. I wish i could zero stars for this place. I have been scarred (literally) from this experience! I will never step foot in this salon again!!
