The least painful and gentle waxing I've every had. Donna is a true expert and shows care and skill in what she does. Will definitely be going back and would recommend her!

Really nice relaxed atmosphere and quite painless overall which was great! It wasn't the most thorough wax I've ever had however - it was quite dark in the room so I think it was probably quite easy to miss a few hairs.

Donna really hit the spot(s & knots)!
Had a couple of massages elsewhere, but the therapists were located quite far away. Whilst they were fine, I now have extra carer commitments - so Serenity is just down the road. I needed a good work-over & chose this salon due to its proximity (& the good reviews). I AM SO GLAD I DID!!
Donna is a true professional, whilst being a lovely friendly therapist. She completely understood my needs & did not disappoint; I floated away from the premises - feeling no longer stressed & knotty! NB for new clients, you just need to mention at the leisure centre reception that you have a Serenity appointment (on the first floor) & they’ll let you through the electronic gates - as this is the same entrance as the swimming pool.

This was one of the best massages I have had in London! Some consultation before lead to the perfect amount of pressure and focus on specific painful areas, all perfect! Not only that - Donna is lovely and so respectful. Will definitely be back!
