I visited Serenity a few weeks ago and had such a relaxing experience I fell asleep! The massage had plenty of pressure, which I prefer and was exactly what I needed. Donna made sure to ask if the pressure was suitable and adjusted to my requirements.
I also had a facial and discussed my skin type and Donna gave me advice as I've noticed my skin changing.
Lastly my wax... I'm not a big fan of pain, but this was done very well and I left with an overall feeling of wellbeing.
I am planning to contact Donna very soon to book in my preholiday wax and possibly a facial. Can't recommend her enough.

When I walked into 'Serenity Beauty and Well being' I was greeted with such warmth and professionalism.
My appointment was on time and the establishment was very clean and inviting.... so relaxing!
I felt like I was truly in a place of serenity. The room aroma was lovely.
I had to give a short medical history, making sure that any existing medical problems I have were not going to be provoked in any way by having any treatments.
The consultant was extremely professional and kind, she made me feel at ease with my treatments, informing me step by step what was going to take place.
My experience has been so good, that I now want to forfill most of the massage treatments on offer.
I had the deep tissue massage..... every part of me was totally relaxed after.
I would extremely recommend visiting 'Serenity Beauty and Well being' the name of the business is exactly what it says on the tin.
Very good value for money and I look forward to my next visit.

Donna is my go to for all things skincare & pampering my face. I have a good routine but sometimes I get overloaded with what’s new etc. and Donna is great at helping me figure out what’s a hit or a miss... She totally knows her stuff and I love my mthly sessions of me time. What’s more she’s just down the road from me.
