The staff are great, polite and very kind but the massage was not coherent. I felt more like I was just softly touched and not tissue massaged. I asked for strong even during the massage but no result. The massage was not great because it lacked smoothness in transitions and I felt not all the body was massaged. I left feeling not massaged with parts of my back still hurting like I never got a treatment. The salon is more like a flat, but very Gothic and nice ambience with beautiful decoration. It was very cold during the treatment. I believe the staff needs more professional massage training to improve.

I booked for a one hour deep tissue massage and I'm a very happy customer indeed! I came out feeling a lot lighter and more positive. Lilianna was incredibly attentive to my needs and treated me with special care and professionalism. The massage itself was over the hour,extremely thorough and sensitive. Excellent! She was even able to give me some very helpful health tips and advice. I can highly recommend Serenity Body and Soul. Thank you!

Lillianna made the treatments as relaxing as they could be! The Hollywood waxing was done with hot wax and so was barely red or sore afterwards. It isn't a quick 'in and out' kind of place - we had a brief consolidation, she made me a drink and took the time to talk me through the treatments as we went along. Lilianna was really knowledgable, clearly well qualified and gave me advice about other treatments. I'll definitely be back.

Wonderful. Liliana is amazing and has really helped my locked up neck and shoulders. If you are in pain and are wondering where you should go for a massage, choose here! I have had a number of deep tissue massages over the years and this was by far the best. Will be booking again!
