From the moment I arrived Lilianna made me feel welcome and relaxed. I was a bit nervous, but she put me at total ease and explained the treatment process in full. She was very thorough, and always made sure I felt comfortable. I am absoluteky delighted with the results - I will be back!

It was a lovely environment and very friendly. However unfortunately the wax itself wasn’t great. I wanted a Hollywood but as I didn’t have a long time I agreed to a Brazilian instead (that said it took 10 minutes until we started so I we had started earlier there should have been time). There was still a lot of hair at the end and I had to sort out myself. Shame as I really liked the place.
