Without a doubt one of the best places for a facial - a detailed and caring approach from the therapist, very professional and trustworthy. Needless to say, I got the result that I wanted. Fabulous! I'll be coming back.

This was by far the best, most thorough massage treatment I have ever received.
Prior to treatment I completed a health and background questionnaire which formed the discussion points around the areas I wanted to be treated. In my case shoulders and arms were particularly tight so it was agreed the session would focus on a deep tissue massage for the back/shoulders. Following ankle surgery my lower legs circulation is not as good as it once was so a lighter touch massage to the legs was also provided. After the massage I felt revitalised and much lighter than when I arrived.
Lilianna is very professional and considerate and used a variety or different strokes, techniques and pressures to deliver an amazing experience.
The premises are very conveniently located for the Cutty Sark DLR station and are very clean, light and tranquil which delivers a 5 star environment.
I will definitely be returning and recommend Lilianna.

Longest and most painful wax I have ever experienced (and I've been having waxes for nearly 10 years). Lilianna did not seem to know what she was doing when it comes to intimate waxing, using the wrong kind of wax (hence how long and painful it was), spraying a disinfectant which made the skin burn horribly, and leaving the wax too hot despite my asking her to turn it down several times (my skin is now burnt in places). Terrible experience, do not go here for waxing.

The therapist was very good in explaining the process and made me feel very comfortable. She recommended a modification to my original treatment, and so far no complaints. However, it would have been even better to know the price would increase before hand. Its only been two days but my skin seems to be responding well to the treatment. I would recommend Serenity for a great service.
