Natasha is super-reliable and a total pro. (However, I once had Gemma, the owner, once, and she was, too!!) Sandra - she's the hypnotherapist/Reiki - is even MORE amazing. The atmosphere alone is cheering at Serenity and a friend of mine raved about their facials, too. Not a facials fan, though. Anyway, Serenity is great! AM

The salon has a warm and welcoming atmosphere, all the staff are friendly. Katy is really lovely to talk to, professional and efficient. I find it easy to book online and reasonably priced.

I was going to ask large premium chain hair dressers who were making me multi coloured due the lack of experience, and charging me the earth. Jemma sorted it out, my hair has never been in better condition. Never had so many compliments. As a prize she is reasonably priced and I now don’t feel I am being fleeced!
