When I walked in the staff were really friendly they offered me a drink which I could choose from a latte to herbal teas and a biscuit came with the drinks there were alot of extra touches that i was really impressed with. Kirsty did my hair shes an excellent cutter and did just what I wanted. The chairs where you have a shampoo are massage chairs. I. Would recommend this salon to anyone.
The team at Serenity Hair Spa were really friendly and welcoming. I really love my haircut and will be returning to the salon for my next cut and also for a colour.

The experience was very relaxing and I would of paid full price and still been thrilled with the results, well worth it & will be going back in future
Absolutely great, Maisie knew exactly what to do when I explained my hair type. She put lots of volume into it and I felt tip top all weekend!
