Ellen is lovely and I had a great massage. The only down side is the noise from other staff in the building.

Brilliant as always, Ellen is lovely and helpful, and she always makes Hollywood waxes quick and painless - which is what you want! Serenity is a great salon and Ellen knows her stuff - highly recommended and wouldn’t go anywhere else!
