Not all hair was removed successfully; strip wax was used in conjunction; some of my skin was pulled off with the hair. Very tender and itchy (more than usual) immediately and for several days afterwards.

Given hot wax instead of strip wax usually have eyebrows threaded not waxed. Verbal check at start of treatment would solve this. Treatments given were done well. Left unattended in salon for 5 minutes as Chelsea went to store cupboard to check on a stock item I ultimately didn’t want. Gave up waiting and came out of salon as had hair appointment downstairs and was now late. Chelsea seems cheerful and keen to please and am sure more experience will improve overall treatment
