First ever threading experience and won't be the last! Can't fault the service received
Only problem were the stairs, up 2 flights!! However well worth it when I got there, the staff were more than pleasant and the massage was excellent. I was asked at various stages how firm I wanted the pressure and it was exceptionally relaxing.
I've tried a few different places in Canterbury for eyelash extensions and Serenity is by far the best. The staff are so friendly and the salon is very tidy, nicely decorated, and serene. The eyelash extensions are of high quality and I am more than satisfied every time!! Such a fair price, too. I would recommend it to anyone and everyone!
