Great location, excellent service, therapist gave me lots of good advice for my particular needs, lovely choice of Jessica colours, was not rushed out but given a coffee and relaxed while my nails dried.
The entire experience was marvellous, I was met at reception, whisked upstairs by Rachael and after a few formalities she started my treatment .... Which was amazing! Rachael is obviously a very competent and professional therapist and her facial was the best I've ever had ( and I've tried a few!). I will definitely be back to see her, very soon and very often!
The staff were perfect, it was my first time getting a wax and Rachael made me feel immediately calmer and more comfortable.
Excellent service as always. Never been disappointed with a treatment at Serenity Swalecliffe or Serenity Canterbury. A thoroughly professional service which is also an enjoyable experience. I have made use of a wide range of their treatments and have always been completely satisfied.
