Filed my toenails down too far to the point it was very painful with an electric nail file. I had my gels done the day before my holidays and they were lifting on my nails by day two, not impressed.

The classic lashes are twisted. I also had my eyebrow waxed , but she couldn't remove any extra hairs because she can't do threading, neither she cleaned the rest with a tweezer .
The nail polish is not the professional level I expected, they look like the gel nails I can do at home .
Not happy at all and surprised with the level of the service after wasting more than 3 hours of my day .
The saloon itself, is clean and nicely decorated , other staff are lovely and welcoming.
