Great manicure, although a little overpriced in my opinion

Was very expensive for a basic manicure and shellac. The Treatwell price was also £7 more expensive than the salon price

Due to overbooking the salon tried to reschedule my appointment 6pm the night before my booking. Normally have no issues with this, but I couldn’t reschedule so asked for a refund but this wasn’t possible through Treatwell as it was less than 24hrs before the appointment, despite it being the salon cancelling not me. After some back and forth the appointment did go ahead but the appointment was very rushed and due to not enough time to dry, two of my toe nails were ruined when I got home.
