Nice venue and people know what they are doing. It is not extremely clean and people are not that friendly.

Could have been much better - I booked a simple gel removal for a specific time, arrived exactly on time and had to wait nearly 20 minutes for my treatment. Not ideal during a lunchbreak. Also felt like the removal was done in a great hurry, and there was a change of therapist halfway through. Not a patch on my usual (local) salon.
