Due to overbooking the salon tried to reschedule my appointment 6pm the night before my booking. Normally have no issues with this, but I couldn’t reschedule so asked for a refund but this wasn’t possible through Treatwell as it was less than 24hrs before the appointment, despite it being the salon cancelling not me. After some back and forth the appointment did go ahead but the appointment was very rushed and due to not enough time to dry, two of my toe nails were ruined when I got home.

Unfinished gel manicure
My treatment started late which I can forgive if you’re informed, which I wasn’t. Treatment started well however there was clearly a backlog of people and my therapist left before my final coat had been cured. Having had countless gel manicures before I know this isn’t the last stage and you need them to be wiped off. Another therapist just told me to go and when I said ‘but it’s not finished..’ she just turned the lamp back on 😂 clueless. In the end I wiped my own nails!
