WORST service I’ve ever had. Booked a simple colour and polish. Paid extra for “a long-lasting” colour. Waited 15 min despite my appt slot. Waited an hour for the colour to dry. Later I took my sneaker off - the colour on two toes had badly smudged. It was too late to fix before my holiday. Returned and was told I had to make an appt. Returned again and they said I had to wear an open toe shoe and wait 2 hours. I explained I wasn’t told this. Accused me of “lying”. Shocking. Wasted time & money.

They overbook and people have to wait for 30 minutes plus to even start treatment. Half the chairs weren’t working and the entire place had a chaotic, unpleasantly busy feeling. Won’t be coming back.
