I booked here for a Hollywood wax. When I arrived, the salon wasn't aware of my Treatwell booking and they were opening at the same time so there was a delay. The host/manager was very apologetic. The wax therapist was thorough and conscientious of wax temperatures and ensuring it was as painless a procedure as possible however I did need to request some areas be re-waxed, and at this point the skin wasn't dried off from the oil that was on there, so the hot wax wasn't able to be as effective.
