Pedicure: foot massage was great! The calous removal process was a little old scool with the razor instead of the gel. Haven't had that done in a long time.
Gel manicure: did a great job upon origional look, but it came off after only 7-8 days.

Manicure was really well done, but communication with the staff was terrible. I booked a standard manicure for 17 pounds but, when I went to pay, they charged me 35 pounds for a full Shellak manicure they said they have offered me... If you decide to go there, I really recommend being very clear about what you want to do... I felt kind of robbed to pay more than double what I was hoping to pay, plus an extra 1 pound charge to use my card....
