I’m really disappointed. This is from a second appt which I had today in person rather than through TW but I am bleeding from four cuticle fingers.
The nails are wonky and not even evenly filed and there was no communication throughout the appt.
I left utterly disappointed and I’m probably not going to be returning which is a shame as I’ve been here three times now. The ladies are lovely here but the young man who serviced me today is appalling at gel manicures. I’m fuming.
