A negative experience -This was my first time getting builder gel (on the rec of a friend). It was quite expensive and meant to take an hour. I arrived and had 0 cuticle care, no attention to nails, it went directly into what seemed to me identical to gel nail polish. The whole appointment last 25 min and when I asked about cuticles or any other type of manicure practice I was told that was not included. I then called my friend to ask about her manicure & it was a completely different
