Nice venue & nice people but deluxe pedicure not worth £48. Hard skin removal was only a pumice block and I’ve come home with some hard skin remaining - couldn’t see this at the time following moisturiser. Didn’t get a “ceramide spray & serum” and the “hot stone massage” are hot towels for 5 minutes. Not sure if polish was included in price but I requested no polish and got no money off. Total time was 30 minutes but advertised as an hour. Hanna was nice but felt new and a little inexperienced.

Booked full set gel, upon arrival was told they only do tips with gel POWDER and not actual cured gel. The beautician then proceeded slabbing a lot of gel on my nails which went way past cuticles and onto my skin. When called out this had to be fixed by another colleague who had to peel away the gel from my actual skin and finished the job. Upon rightfully complaining the manager did not do any damage control and tried to gaslight me by saying that they stayed extra time for me (to fix THEIR mistake) and no refund. Would not recommend for extensions
