First time at Serenity Seven. Very impressed. Lovely on the phone first of all. Lauren looked after me ( disabled) from entrance to exit. Lovely restful ambience, no loud music! I have psoriasis so I took my own treatment shampoo. Lauren was very gentle while shampooing. She then chatted to me and advised not to have a vet shirt cut until my psoriasis is better. She then did a super graduated cut; best thing was she got my fringe at EXACTLY the right length! Wish I’d taken a before and after photo now! Booked in for trim and gel nails for Christmas!
Lauren was lovely as always, listened to what I wanted and left me feeling refreshed and pampered afterwards. I love this place, it's local, great quality and offer really great prices.
Would highly recommend this salon, nice environment, very friendly staff, excellent haircut just wot I asked for.
Pleasant, fairly cslm environment, Lauren was cheerful and friendly and keen to make sure she cut my hair as i wanted it, checking progress etc quick service.
