Lauren was lovely & made me feel very welcome. The atmosphere is really relaxed & I liked the fact that one person did the washing & cutting. I’ll definitely be returning.
lovely place and nice staff . but unfortunately was not happy with outcome I had highlights and could not see them also had a trim and was cut way to short and paid alot of money i was not happy with it unfortunately. but the lady was lovely

Just been to visit the salon for the second time for a cut and highlights by Lauren, and she has done a fantastic job as always . I definitely would recommend Serenity Severn, brilliant service just as good if not better than some of the more pricier local salons.
