I had to reschedule the appointment, Yvonne was replied to my request very quickly. The venue was easy to reach and clean. My mum went for the treatment and said it was relaxing. Thank you! :)

Full facial - Therapist was nice & friendly. Facial was okay, dermalogica products used as mentioned. Techniques used were not firm, expected it to be a more thorough and firm use of hands and techniques on face. Steam was not enough. Therapist was friendly and relaxing, face did look slightly brighter which was good, but overall facial was simply okay.
