Not exactly 'high end' but nice enough. The girl was really helpful and sweet. The walls are paper thin and you can hear all the hairdressers/blowdrying/cackling etc...not at all relaxing.

I didnt have eyebrow/eyelash....i did hopi ears, which was good. Walls are paper thin though so not very relaxing. The girl who did it was awesome though was really helpful

I have to say that I was rather disappointed by my visit this time around. Loads of people were chatting loudly outside the treatment room and a child was running around for at least 15 mins. Not exactly relaxing! There was no attempt made to pop out and politely ask them to be quiet. It’s a huge salon and they could have moved to the front of the salon quite happily. No extractions done, nor were they offered. A cold Vit c mask was applied which dripped down my neck and just made me feel cold! The therapist was lovely but it was lacking a certain something this time. And I don’t think I had a full hours’ treatment. Last time I felt really pampered. This time it was a bit like I was on a conveyor belt. Disappointed.
