Firstly I was called to say they couldnt fulfil my appointment as they had already got an appointment and were really busy, I expressed that this was not really acceptable so they said 'actually we'll do it then'!!! When I turned up the salon was empty not a single person in there so i was confused at how they were sturggling to fit me in?? The lady did nothing but slate my hair, the colour wasnt good, it was dry, i need to have fringe as my face looks boring etc so I didnt find her very warming! The cut took approx 20 seconds as it was just hacked, the cut is uneven one side is longer than the other and it looks awful! My sister is a hairdresser and normally does my hair but she lives in Dorset so isnt close to me, luckily shes coming to stay next weekend so i can get her to correct it. I will not go back and would not recommend this salon :( I have not had a good first experience using Treatwell at all. Very disappointed.
