Violetta was great - my full leg and bikini wax was almost pain-free, as well as being the least painful treatment I've ever had! Someone commented that the lights were too bright, making it difficult to relax - a valid complaint if you're going for a facial or massage, but in my experience, the brighter the lights, the more efficient the hair removal process. The worst thing is the therapist missing finer hairs because they can't see clearly. I'll definitely be booking in again in a few weeks :)
