Me and my daughter were recently in the salon . Had an half an hour child's haircut appointment . 30 minutes to cut my girl's hair- minus the time spent to meet and greet a clients , answering the phone, etc and then a quick styling with some serum and back to the reception area! So the hair at that moment in the salon looked ok but the very next day after a wash we could tell that it needed a far more thorough cut, needless to say, her hair needed cutting again within next 2 weeks ! We are not so happy- hairdresser should cut the clients hair but receptionist do the rest! Overall my girl had an 10 minutes cut and it is definitely not enough for a girls haircut !

Beauty access is a nice, clean salon at a convenient location. I enjoyed my wash, cut and blow dry treatmet. The hairdresser was lovely and did a great job. I would recommend this salon to my friends.

I attended beauty access for a Hollywood wax. Unfortunately I seemed to have been booked in for a Brazilian. This was no issue at all. I recieved the treatment I required. Top service, great wax with minimal discomfort. Will definitely re-attend and use other treatments available.

Nice cut and blow dry. The lady who did my hair was very polite and accommodating, asking all thr right questions to understand what I was looking for. Very please and will definitely go again
