Not such a chatty lady doing the nails however I didn't mind as I was so impressed by the thoroughness and care taken with my nails. Really happy with the finish and it was certainly very good value! I will be coming back again for the value and also as they are open late in the week. Thanks
Other Nail Extensions & Overlays
An excellent treatment. The salon was completely empty and the music too loud and not to my taste at all. An Elvis impersonator singing chart hits badly!!! But the girls in the salon were so nice I am sure they would have switched it off I'd asked. If you want banter during your treatment this is not the place for you my manicurist didn't utter a word, but who cares she did a really excellent job.
Gel Nails Manicure
The venue looks very glamourous. I was the only customer. There were quite a few members of staff who spoke together quite loudly for the duration of my colouring treatment so it was not relaxing.
I was happy with my colouring treatment and the lady who coloured my hair was very pleasant.
When it came to paying I was asked for more than double the price that I had been quoted by Wahanda. When I refused to pay I was asked to pay a bit more than the Wahanda price. When I refused I was treated with complete disrespect by the receptionist. She blamed me for not understanding the pricing on Wahanda and didn't even consider, at any point, that I could be right. At the end of our interaction she refused to speak to me, refused to look at me and refused to say goodbye. I would not recommend and I would never go back.

Great service and loved my nails. There were lovely ladies running the salon very happy client will definitely come back.

If you are looking for a relaxing experience, with excellent Customer service and general chit chat, then this is not the place for you. However, if you are looking for a good nail technician and a reasonable price, then this cannot be faulted.
