The facial described on the Treatwell website was not what I was offered today and staff said that I would have to pay extra if I wanted what was described on the site. When I queried this and showed them they did not honour it and said that they would contact Treatwell to amend The description as it was a mistake. Although the facial was ok it was not what I paid for. Customer service was not the best, toilets not clean with hairs and dirt on the floors/toilet seat and I had to ask for a glass of water,
this has never been the case when I have been to other salons for a facial you are always offered water. I have been for many facials and this was by far the worst experience in all areas.
Classic Facials
Felt so deeply relaxed after my aromatherapy massage. The massage itself was excellent. However the room was far too cold for me, which required the masseuse to unplug the music halfway and plug in a mini heater, which took away from the ambience a bit. The masseuse was really lovely but I wasn’t able to communicate my needs much because of the slight language barrier. That being said, I definitely plan to go back again!!
