The reception staff were great but the wax was not good. The ambience is nice, there's relaxing music in the treatment room.
Unfortunately I had strings of wax on me when I left and the beautician wasn't thorough as I still had a few hairs left. Once I pointed them out she rectified but still didn't do a super thorough job. It was quick and quite painful, for the price I would have expected more attention to detail.
