She seemed genuinely very interesting to talk to & I would love to see her again. However, the manager at the desk was untactful in asking me why I booked through Treatwell instead of direct with her. I had a discount so I was going to use it. She seemed to be rather annoyed by this and unfortunately this is not the first time she has mentioned it. As I pointed out last time, if she does not want Treatwell to have a percentage or for users to take advantage of their discounts, she should not be placing her company on the site! After such a lovely massage, this comment really put a downer on it. She could have at least mentioned money before. Very disappointed at this. Otherwise, in terms of cleanliness and other members of staff, it was a wonderful experience. Gift comes highly recommended from me!
Head Massage
Used hot wax (which I regularly use) and found Agathe made the process as pain free as possible. The least painful wax I've had!
The venue is very clean and has a good ambience.
On the upper end of the price scale but worth it.
