I have to say, as it was my first time there, it was very lovely. The staff were super friendly, and I was laughing a lot. There was an ongoing joke about my age (sounds cruel but I'm 17 so she was laughing about how young I was and I was laughing too) and she really made me feel relaxed. Not sure whether I would do aromatherapy again but that's more personal choice, not because it wasn't a great massage! Will go back again :)
Aromatherapy Massage
Really lovely salon, well decorated and nice ambience. I was made to feel relaxed during my wax, and the heated towels on the salon bed were a deal clincher for me!

had some waxing done a few days ago, very good and clean and painless! very good service and really nice staff! definitely going back there!
Polite friendly service from the staff. Open, clean salon. Thorough treatment delivered within a reasonable time frame. Will consider returning.
Brazilian Waxing
I went here recently as I was going on holiday and wanted to get a Hollywood wax. It was my first time so I was nervous. The beautician greeted me by saying "I hope you don't shave" while laughing this made me feel uncomfortable. Then I got to the room where it looked like the chair/bed cloth had been used by someone before me! She then said "right take off your underwear and jeans" and she stood there while I awkwardly attempted to pull down my leggons! I was so embarrassed. I requested and paid for a hot wax as I had been advised to go for a hot wax as it is less painful especially in such a sensitive area! The wax was hot yes but it was removed with strips! I did not want a strip wax!! Each time I felt pain or discomfort the beautician kept laughing. I tried to make conversion with her to put my mind off of it and she didn't respond. She said "it's nearly over, look look at all of that hair" while pushing a dirty hairy strip in my face to show me. I looked away in embarrassment. She didn't tweeze or advise to tweeze any excess hair at the end. I also asked about aftercare as it was my first time. She was really unhelpful and looked at me confused by the question. Never again! The only reason that I picked this place was because my local beauticians was closed for a few weeks!
