When I arrived it was very friendly, the technician went through everything and explained everything she was going to do and made sure I was happy with everything before going ahead. I was made to feel so comfortable and it was genuinely a pleasant experience. Usually I am quite shy about getting a wax but I was made to feel so at ease and it was great, less painful than other waxes I’ve had, and really happy with the result. Will be back.
