After 5 months of not having my brows waxed (due to lockdown) today Lauren’s attention to detail and talent for brow shaping has made me feel like myself again. Lauren was so patient, my eyebrows have never looked better.

Worst haircut I ever had. She just kept cutting. Cut a fringe that was way too short which I never asked for then told me it would grow in 2 weeks to how I want it. Why would I want it in 2 weeks and not now? This is why I hate going to hairdressers as they never listen.
