I Turned Up Slightly Early Which My Stylist Made Clear That It Wasn't Appreciated.
Amber is new to the salon and was rude from the start. She Even Called My Hair hairstyle I walked in with A Mullet.
I went away from the salon for a while and contemplated not even coming back to get the cut done as she made me very embarrassed in front of the whole salon.
I came back as I wanted to get my hair put back into shape as I clearly went there to Improve the way it looked. it's a hairdressers job to do this, and to make you feel welcome and want to come back but I unfortunately won't be returning.
I absolutely loved the style of the salon I just didn't like the way Amber made me feel.
I was the last customer of the day and will not make the mistake of doing that again as she barely wanted to even cut my hair and clearly wanted to get out dead on time as after my hair was washed she tried to get away with blow drying and then barely using the scissors.
Please be more considerate to your next customer and understand if someone says they do not like something and it makes them uncomfortable do not force and try to persuade them to keep it that way just because it made your task easier. I do not like a centre parting and I made that clear from the beginning.
I apologise for the long and only review I have ever made for something I just feel that I didn't get the experience I went in for and expected from such a nice looking salon. I wish I had got a different stylist and I may have been a life time customer. it truly was a beautiful salon inside and out
Kind regards
Louise
For a Saturday afternoon the salon was completely empty when I walked in, which really does say a lot. The haircut was ok but the stylist really lacked professionalism and clearly doesn’t know how to style fringes.
Amber was lovely and made sure she understood exactly what I wanted out of the appointment. Really happy with the service she provided and the hair cut. Will be back!
