I had a great haircut with the Director, Shanel. I was consulted throughout and when I wanted a bit more taken off she was happy to oblige! She explained in detail how the haircut would look and fall beforehand, really responded to what I wanted, and provided me with useful treatment and styling advice. Thanks Shanel!

I really dislike the awkwardness of hairdressers. I always feel very uncomfortable making small chat. I usually I leave it months before getting my haircut and as a result my hair is a mess and I feel embarrassed by its condition. I never know what I want or what cut would suit me.
Shanell made me feel at ease from walking in. She suggested a style to suit me. She gave me an excellent head massage while washing my hair and gave a lovely cut. I was very pleased with the experience and will definitely return. It was great that I could also park just outside. Booking via treatwell was also ideal as I could book while on a night shift instead of waiting for day hours to phone.
