salon is clean and quiet but the over all result was awful. my hair was in fair condition for its short length but was ok, its now a dry brittle frizz that cant be brushed an will need 3 inches cut off but as its a short bob thats not possible. chemical was left on for over 40 mins before blowdry so im not sure if this played a part. very disappointed

The haircut I got is nice, but not what I had asked for. After trying to grow the layers out of my hair I just wanted some of the overall length taken off and a trim for the rest, however my hair is now fully layered again. And shorter than I wanted. I think that it might be due to a language barrier as the lady who cut my hair didn't seem to understand a lot of English. She was friendly enough, but very quiet and some comments she made were probably intended as small talk, but they came across as a little judgey (I don't need to hear repeatedly how dry my hair is or if I pluck my greys as they are so short). The salon was clean, however there was an overwhelming food smell when I arrived and it didn't subside. But on the plus I arrived 15mins early and got seen straight away.

Staff were nice, the hair straightening went well and the venue was pleasant. Would recommend to my friends and family :)
