Very good service. I arrived 10 minutes early and they were able to see my straight away. The lady who waxed me (I didn't catch her name) said she was new ish to the salon and was very good, kept up nice conversation pretty much the whole way through. It took longer than other hollywood waxes that I've had before but she was so thorough that I think it was worth it! Definitely will be going back.
First time Brazilian waxed! Yes it hurt as I needed hot wax rather than strip. But Vipan my beautician was brilliant. Told her I was nervous and she and I kept up a friendly chat whilst she worked efficiently and sympathetically! Coffee after (and a chance to sit quietly! ) was nice too. Agree it's not in a nice area, but salon is lovely. Would recommend.
It's really sad when businesses that clearly need the new business have absolutely no sense of customer service. I was asked to pay more for the service as soon as I walked through the door(the senior hairdresser decided I had long hair when I had paid for medium for just above shoulder length).Left a really bad taste in my mouth .The senior hairdresser clearly had no proper training and it was really sad to see how determined he was to charge me a few pounds more when really good service would have resulted in a tip much larger than what he wanted to charge me.This is exactly how businesses fail by not being smart with their customers and it's sad to see. The blow dry was satisfactory so had there actually been better service the rating would be much higher.
