My appointment was cancelled by Libby on the morning off and I have tried to contact Libby multiple times about recieving a refund now and have not had any replies for 6 days now which is very unprofessional I shouldn’t have to be sending multiple messages to recieve a refund for a service I did not receive and I have also tried to contact the salon too

Have been to Sam quite a few times now, cut and blow dries and also keratin blow dry. My hair always looks great when I leave and have never been disappointed. Always great chat too. Have recommended to quite a few people.
