On arrival was met by Shay who was friendly. Appointment was running late. I left with hair that felt and looked great. During the treatment I mentioned that i have had keratin a few tunes before and usually it is applied to dry hair not wet as it had been. I was reassured it would be fine and I would still have the same results. I followed instructions. Didn’t wash my hair until 5 days later with sulphate free shampoo and the keratin has already washed off. I was advised if I had any problems I could call the salon back - which I have - rang and text and no reply
Disappointed that I’ve spent £100 for treatment that didn’t even last a week.

The second time I've booked here. The first time I turned up for my appointment to be told the therapist wasn't there. Had to come back hours later to have treatment.
Booked again in Treadwell ad the lashes themselves were very well done. But, once again, I was contacted on the day stating the appointment is booked was not available.
Both times the quoted price was also exceeded.
Won't be returning. Too much hassle.

my booking was stuffed up so I didn't get to do eyelashes extension and was promised a refund but haven't got any refund until now. my blow dried hair was nice though.
