I was booked in with Rachel and was at the salon waiting for my appointment and she didn’t show up. Luckily Yasmin fitted me in later in the day she is a star. Poor show by Rachel I’d have been very cross if I’d travelled far to find out she wasn’t coming in she should have let clients know long before they were actually at the salon waiting it’s just not on. Very happy with my haircut with Yasmin who saved the day.
