Hi I can’t really offer a fair review as when I arrived for my appointment the shop was shut!! I left a message on the answer phone and have not had anyone contact me!

Despite being sent a reminder not to forget my appointment (which the salon would've got too!) the place was locked and closed. I waited 20 minutes for the stylist to arrive, rang the number and was told they didn't know where she was. Won't be going there again - a real shame as it was an okay haircut the last time. What a way to run a business - it's an appointment based system, so cannot understand why she didn't arrive. Even if something had happened, it's only a text.....
