Amy was really nice and knew exactly what she was doing. She was patient enough to talk to me about what I wanted and suggested a good hairstyle. Would definitely recommend.

This was our first visit to the salon and my daughter was a little nervous, but both Yasmin and her colleague soon reassured and settled her.
From the moment we entered it felt like we’d been customers for a long time. The salon is very friendly and Yasmin is clearly a very talented hairdresser.

Amy was really friendly. However, my hair was cut a lot shorter than I asked for (Amy apologised at the time and I said it was fine - because there wasn’t much that could be done!) However, once I got home I realised that one side was significantly shorter than the other, and for this to be corrected my hair would have to be EVEN shorter. The salon refused a refund on the grounds that they could fix it. I contested that I didn’t think they could grow my hair back - so they ghosted me… not great.
