Booked an appointment for full highlights and a blow dry, plus booked a patch test 48 hours before as I am a new customer. This is what this appointment was for.
Arrived for my appointment and the salon was closed. Tried calling, no one answered. Waited 20 minutes. No one turned up. So disappointing. I've now cancelled my appointment and will have to find somewhere else.
