Really unprofessional. Even though I booked 2 days in advance, got Treatwell to call me to ask if I could come earlier, I said no, and later received confirmation of my original booking time. Then got another call asking again and I said I'd try then texted back to say actually I wouldn't make it. Then got a call to have a go at me for not coming. I resent a screenshot of my text and can see it was delivered. No response, not apology.
