Upstairs is a beautiful environment within a modern salon. Staff were lovely, and the lady who did my massage was amazing! However downstairs wasn't great, it was really cold (Was using a portable heater) and the roof was falling down. Their was also no lights, and the relaxing music was played off the ladies iPhone. I did ask the lady who was doing my massage treatment, why it was like this and the lady explained to me that they had a leak, and was going to soon be refurbishing the salon.

Staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. I was seen straight away and did a excellent job on my hair. Good value for money and I would definitely recommend this hair dressers.

Probably the best haircut I’ve had in years.

First time visiting to this salon. It was easy to book an appointment online and you get plenty of reminders. The staff were really welcoming and polite. Offered large mug of coffee and biscuits. The hairstylist was efficient and cut / blow dry was good. Thank you for making me feel welcome. The only criticism was that price was more than quoted on website but I was happy to pay the extra.
