Only gave 4* for two reasons. The first being that my appointment was for 10am, yet was waiting around 20 minutes before I was in the chair. When you've paid for a certain amount of time on a parking meter, a 20 minute wait to even get in the chair was a little stressful. There were only two customers in the salon at the time, with neither having a hair treatment! However, once I was in the chair, it was a lovely experience! The ambiance was lovely, my hair was washed perfectly, I was offered (and had!) a lovely cup of coffee. I think my hairdresser was called Lauren? She was great with my hair ( I have naturally curly, mixed race hair) and cut it to the length I required. When I was shown the back, I wasn't fully satisfied, so asked for more off, which she happily did. Overall hair wash/cut and dry was great! Which brings me to the payment side... I had booked my appointment online,opting to pay in the salon. My price said £25 for what I wanted. However, when it came to the payment, I was charged £35 because of who cut my hair! I hadn't chosen Lauren to cut my hair, so I felt a bit cheated being charged a price I hadn't chosen. I didn't quable though, as my parking ticket was close to expiring due to the initial wait. I'm not sure if I would re-visit this salon again.

Aman is going on maternity soon so is training a new lady (didn't get her name!) however she was equally very good and as always really happy with my eyebrows wax and tint :-) thanks ladies!

Not a proper pedicure as promised only put gel on the nails and was told if I wanted my feet soaked would have to pay extra. My appointment should of been 1 hour was only in there for 15mins! Also the day after my gel nail varnish came off. Very disappointed!
