Shannon that did my hair is a lovely lovely girl, she did a fantastic job and really listened to me, Absolutely chuffed with me hair, She’s fab. Didn’t appreciate the telling off from Zarka the manager at the end telling me not to book on Treatwell and almost scolding me because Shannon had done more than half a head of highlights for me in my visit! No where in the deal I’ve booked does it stipulate half a head, fix your descriptions and be more accurate before you make customers feel silly. Shannon is due to be on maternity leave so I won’t be returning due to the attitude of the manager, never seems very warm towards her staff on previous visits either. Nice salon and great location but the manager needs to put a smile on her face and treat customers with more respect. Feel disappointed after being a loyal customer of around 3 years.

Very pleased with my cut, although I only had a quick in and out visit, everything was just as I hoped. Will visit again.

Seemed to be understaffed, everyone was rushing about. The lady who cut my hair was asking me to pretty much snap my neck in half just to get my head in the position she wanted. Eyebrow tint was good, but again understaffed. Hair does look good and so do my brows but my neck on the other hand not so much!
